Construction of this project was completed in the Spring of 2005 in Denver's Ballpark neighborhood
just a few blocks from Coors Field. Broadway Plaza Lofts is a 223 unit,
residential/office development, located at the intersection of Broadway and
Arapahoe Street.
Though this is an income restricted housing development, you can't
tell by looking at it. Our goal for the project was to raise the bar for
affordable housing, an achievable task from our perspective. We worked
with our development team and City officials to create a product that is
as good, or better than similarly sized market rate projects in the area.

Blake Street Apartments

Blake Street Apartments was completed in July 2006 and was 100% leased by the end of October!
Located at 26th and Blake Street, this is an income restricted residential
development, with 94 apartments and approximately 2,300 SF of commercial
space located at the ground floor.
